    Auditorías de seguridad informática en instituciones públicas de la ciudad de Ushuaia

    Este trabajo pretende demostrar el nivel de riesgo de la infraestructura tecnológica y el grado de acatamiento con respecto a la norma ISO 27001, con el objeto de evaluar el nivel de madurez en materia de seguridad de la información de distintas instituciones públicas de la ciudad de Ushuaia, ubicada en la provincia de Tierra del Fuego, Argentina. Para la realización del mismo se utilizó el estándar Penetration Testing Execution Standard (PTES), junto con diversas herramientas de la actualidad empleadas en trabajos de auditorías de seguridad informática y pruebas de penetración de seguridad. También se realizó un cuestionario a cada una de estas instituciones basado en la norma ISO 27001:2013. De lo analizado se puede observar que, si bien estas instituciones comenzaron a transitar el camino de la seguridad de la información, aún tienen múltiples correcciones y mejoras para realizar. This work aims to demonstrate the risk level of the technological infrastructure and the degree of compliance with the ISO 27001 standard in order to assess the level of maturity, in terms of information security, of different public institutions in the city of Ushuaia, located in the province of Tierra del Fuego, Argentina. The Penetration Testing Execution Standard (PTES) was used, together with several tools currently used in computer security audits and security penetration tests. A questionnaire was also carried out to each of these institutions based on the ISO 27001:2013 standard. From what was analyzed, it can be seen that, although these institutions have started on the road to information security, they still have many improvements to make.
